This is a fan translation project of Tsukihime - A Piece of Blue Glass Moon - (月姫 -A piece of blue glass moon-).
The latest version of the patch and instructions is available on the official website.
About the game
Tsukihime -A piece of blue glass moon- is a remake of a visual novel of the same name published by Type-Moon.
In contrast to the suburban town setting in 1999 from the original, the remake takes places in a bustling city in 2014, with significant changes to the plot and revamped visuals. It also introduces new characters, voice acting, and character designs.
The game contains two episodes reconstructed by Kinoko Nasu himself: Although the stories in this title share the same main plot, they diverge depending on the player's choices, and two different stories with different heroines unfold. In addition, the remade scenario is more voluminous than the same route in the original Tsukihime.
Story
Aah - the moon is as beautiful as ever tonight.
When he was young, Shiki Tohno was seriously injured in an accident.
Driven away into the care of a distant relative, he led a calm everyday life until he received news of his father Makihisa Tohno’s death.
Called back to his family home, awaiting him was his younger sister Akiha, who succeeded their father as head of the family, and two maids.
Life as the eldest son of the Tohno family began anew.
A family with age-old traditions.
Life in a mansion not suited to his character.
Fragments of his memories awakened by scenes of the past, Shiki Tohno crosses paths with a person-shaped creature—.
Tsukihime, the romance visual novel created as a doujin game and still discussed today, is reborn!

How to Install the Tsukihimates Tsukihime English Patch (Tsukihimates)
Crash when selecting "Load":
- There seems to be a bug somewhere in the game itself triggered by opening the Load menu when one of the save entries is on a page with a significant amount of text.
- If you encounter this bug, the simplest workaround is to uninstall the patch, open the game up in japanese, load your game, rewind to the previous page, and save over the problematic entry.
Save text rendering incorrectly:
- On the save screen, the preview of the line on which the game was saved will render text incorrectly.
- This should not impact any other pieces of the game, and as we work on the text renderer, this will be remedied.
